The Cherry Hills Village neighbourhood is certainly a desirable place for prospective buyers being a highly pleasant residential area consisting mostly of single-family homes. The areas natural beauty and relaxing atmosphere is due in part to the Cherry Hills Land Preserve which ensures a well maintained community land area with trails and parks for all manner of recreational activities such as hiking.
The natural feel of the area provides a more relaxed feel than the busy Downtown Denver and there are great views of the Rocky Mountains. Other high scoring areas in Colorado were Genesee in Jefferson County, Castle Pines North in Douglas County, and Woodmoor and Gleneagle, both in El Paso County.
